SHAME ON YOU TOM BELL CHEVROLET!!! My elderly mother went in for what was suppose to be a routine oil change and ended up spending $154 dollars. Do you mean to tell me you charged her over $100 dollars for an "inspection" to tell her something that most likely would have been told to her anyway because besides being an auto dealer you are a repair shop in business to make money? GOD BLESS THE INTERNET AND WEBSITES LIKE YELP that give us a voice to speak out against these types of dealings. SHAME ON YOU TOM BELL CHEVROLET!!! More
Not happy I bought a 2015 Traverse for what I felt was a fair price. I specified I wanted to use Alta Vista Credit Union for finance and was told no problem. In I bought a 2015 Traverse for what I felt was a fair price. I specified I wanted to use Alta Vista Credit Union for finance and was told no problem. In a matter of a few days I got a notice from One Way that my finance with them was approved. I called One Way who told me to call the dealer. I spoke with the same finance manager who told me he'd take care of it but never did. He flat out lied initially saying Alta Vista denied me but I spoke to them and Alta Vista said an application was never sent to them. I have a long term relationship with Alta Vista and know getting financed there was not a problem. Additionally Tom Bell did not pay off my trade timely and an auto payment was deducted from my account on a vehicle I no longer owned. When I called Tom Bell finance I was told I would get a refund from my old finance company in about 6 weeks. However, after insisting Tom Bell did reimburse me the same day. I made my first service appointment and it took 5 phone calls to get an appointment. Was continually placed on hold but no one ever came back. After taking my car in for service I waited about an hour for a shuttle to take me home and over 2 hours to pick me up after being told one was on the way. Multiple calls were not returned and when I finally got to the dealership not one person said anything anout the confusion. Honestly, I dont think they gave a xxxx. I've bought 11 cars there over the years but never again. More

So much so I purchased not one but two cars in the same week. My sales person was Ms Isela Camacho. Even when I thought I had a major misunderstanding on one of cars I was to purchase. Ms Camacho went out of her way to resolve the misunderstanding. It is a good feeling when you feel you have found a good car dealership. What a truly awesome agent This last Saturday we went to Tom Bell Toyota and were greeted by a very friendly saleswoman by the name of Janet Budde. What a truly awesome agent she was! She was very knowledgeable about the various cars and answered all of our questions. She was very patient when were trying to decide on the color we wanted! We were very pleased with all of the staff. Dallas was also a very nice young man who was very friendly and professional. We were also impressed with the financial woman who we worked with - Janelle Hall. Janelle knew her stuff! She explained all of our options and did not try to pressure us into anything which was very relaxing. Our experience was enhanced when the next day I went down for the special drawing for an I Pad. Our name was drawn! Thank you so much! I have a small business and I really needed one of these! Thank you so much for everything and we love the car!
