Theft of registration The visit started off well, then quickly went sour when I did not agree to their terms. I had a vehicle that I was promised (on the phone) by Pete He The visit started off well, then quickly went sour when I did not agree to their terms. I had a vehicle that I was promised (on the phone) by Pete Hernandez, would be paid off as my trade-in and when I got to the dealership, they low-balled me $3,000.00. Luis asked for that vehicle's registration to make a copy and never returned my copy. After I left, I realized he did not return my registration and I called them. They said it was in the file because it was procedure to staple the registration to the appraisal. When I drove back to the dealership, they "could not find it". This is theft- they were not given my permission to keep it and they did not return it. I would never recommend anyone to go to this Chevy dealership. The sales reps are very friendly and accommodating unless you do not make a deal with them. More
FIVE BIG STARS Victor, our sales person don't really need my 5 star review but I am going to post it anyway. I am not even the customer -- the customer was my dad ( Victor, our sales person don't really need my 5 star review but I am going to post it anyway. I am not even the customer -- the customer was my dad (who does not have Yelp Acct). My family had a pleasant, courteous and polite buying experience. Victor went through all the paperwork with my dad, and got to explain every single item in a colloquial manner that everybody could understand, then he proceeded to courteously & professionally answered all the questions that a first time buyer would have. My dad got all the bells & whistles, that Victor could get for him on his Chevy Tahoe. Even though it was late, it was Sunday, and on top of everything it was raining Victor had a smile from the get go, until my dad was on his way to Central Valley! Even though my dad is sometimes a hard person to deal with Victor had so much patience with him & my mom. He introduce them to his manager to finalize all the paperwork, he was worried about the rain & my dad getting all crazy on his new truck. Victor, are you even real? BTW, my family made safe to the Central Valley and want to extend some special thanks to you and the team behind the curtains :) FIVE BIG STARS. You're just more proof that there is still nice sales people somewhere out there like Tom Bell Chevrolet! More
Great.. If you don't mind waiting and waiting and waiting Took my new truck with only 2300 miles in for a service recall and a couple of issues that needed to be resolved. After sitting there waiting for 9 ho Took my new truck with only 2300 miles in for a service recall and a couple of issues that needed to be resolved. After sitting there waiting for 9 hours they finally came and said they had found a problem but didn't know what it was and asked if I wanted to come back or leave it. Shop foreman was the only one that even tried to keep me informed all day, not once did the service advisor check. So they put me into a rental (which took another 90 min). So the next afternoon (today) I called the service advisor to inquire about my vehicle 2 hours before they close. He stated he would have to check with the shop foreman and call me right back. Never got a call back at this point so still do not know what is going on. The shop foreman seems to be the only one that actually knew what he was doing. I will drive 30 miles to another dealership and will not be going back here in the future. This was simply closer and convenient location. More
