My car broke down and was towed to the nearest Chevy dealer, this being Tom Bell. My business has always gone to Crest Chevrolet aka Diamond Chevrolet even though it’s farther from my home than Tom Bell dealer, this being Tom Bell. My business has always gone to Crest Chevrolet aka Diamond Chevrolet even though it’s farther from my home than Tom Bell. I was pleasantly helped by Dan who methodically explained their process. His customer service skills were delightful and appreciated by me as I wasn’t comfortable being at a different dealership. My car was left and Dan made sure to communicate via text messaging what my cost would be prior to the repairs being made. As promised my vehicle was repaired by the next day and Dan had everything ready for me when I arrived for pick up. Thank you to Dan for your speedy service! Overall satisfactory I took my car in on a Friday. It could not be serviced until Monday as the needed service tech was gone. Service provided me a ride to my home. No one called me on Monday for an update or to say my car was ready. I called Tuesday morning and was told what was needed to service the car and gave my OK. I was told my car would be ready to pick up in the afternoon and I would be contacted. No one called by 3:30 so I called again. I was told the car was ready. I needed a ride so Lyft was ordered for me. My car was washed and ready to go when I arrived. More
