Vehicle service review I made an on line appointment 2 days in advance. Dealership called me the day before my appointment to confirm date and time were correct😀. Arrived on time; greeted very promptly and service writer was notified. Service writer spoke to me within a minute of my arrival , checked over my vehicle advised on work to be performed and any additional questions or concerns I may have. Completed paperwork, service performed while I waited and within a very short time my vehicle was ready. Signed for completed work, vehicle brought to me and I drove away. Very satisfied customer. Very friendly courteous service writer and employee who was working the arrival and departure area. More

I have had my Concorde in the body shop to repair front end damage for the past three months or so.
