This was my very first service on my new car and I have to say that this dealership by far exceeded my customer service expectations! The minute I drove up a service representative was there to greet me an to say that this dealership by far exceeded my customer service expectations! The minute I drove up a service representative was there to greet me and discuss my service. My car was disinfected due to CoVid and taken right away to start the process. They even had my car completed quicker than initially quoted. This is huge for me as I was there on my lunch break. I rarely have time to sit for hours waiting for my car to be serviced so I was beyond happy to be out of there quickly. I will definitely be back for all my scheduled maintenance and service! More

I came to the Chevy dealership for maintenance first thing this morning and the customer service at this location was AMAZING! I will definitely come again, and refer others when I can. I’ve been here a couple of other times for things here and there and have never had an issue. I chose to write a review today because there is an employee named Damon who went out of his way to greet me, I wasn’t even in close proximity to him. I was in the customer waiting area and he was clear across the room, and greeted me with a huge smile and a good morning! He even made a comment about the frap I was drinking. His bright attitude helped me start my day off on the right foot. I wish more people were like him. You never know what a person is going through, and something as simple as a good morning and a smile can make a world of difference. Daniel B. was also great!
