Made appointment for a recall to have keys swapped out. Confirmed two days before to make sure the parts were in and everything was ready. Waited for 1.5 hours at my appointment only to be told they didn't Confirmed two days before to make sure the parts were in and everything was ready. Very disappointed with this experience. Seems like their process needs to be looked at and changes need to be made. Maybe some preparation to make sure you won't be wasting your customer's time. They didn’t have a techtool2 to work on my car alarm system. Even though it is the same dealer I bought the car from. They wanted me to pay $500 when they quoted $159, because they had to get someone wi system. Even though it is the same dealer I bought the car from. They sent it to the body Shop where the price should have been $80/hr they wanted my to pay $159/hr and still have it worked on at the body shop. Bait & Switch! The dealer should not be throwing away their tools! More

The worst service I’ve ever had. I had a 2001 suburban back drivers window replaced because it was smashed in. I paid over 500 for the window plus labor and they didn’t even clean out the broken glass. E back drivers window replaced because it was smashed in. My service associate replaced a part that was recalled and choose not to tell me until after it was done then tried to charge me for it. That part also broke during the replacement as I was on my way to pick up the truck which delayed the trucks being finished. I Also had to pay for a lift there and back then there again from riverside cause he told me the truck was done and wasn’t and only took off less then 70 bucks when it cost me over 150 bucks to go there and back. They replaced my radiator and the hoses which I told them I just had the hoses placed but they did it anyway to charge me more. I had to wait three weeks to get the truck fixed because they said they were short on mechanics. Tom bell will take advantage of you like they did me. My total bill was 1800 dollars and it still needs and oil change which they didn’t do even though the oil light was on. More
