Went in on december 5th and was amazed at how they went about doing their business. Their online price and their actual in store price is completely different because they have dealer add ons that cost $40 about doing their business. Their online price and their actual in store price is completely different because they have dealer add ons that cost $4000+ ie. (Express care, pulse, extended warranty, gap coverage) shouldn't these options be added after you ask the customer if they want it? Especially express care and pulse which are non negotiable as the sales reps say. I saw what kind of exterior repair work they did on a car and I was not impressed to see that I would be forced to pay 700 dollars for a less than mediocre job. If this truly added value to the car I would understand. But it literally is just a line item to charge your customers so you can make more profit. That's not the kind of business I want to be supporting in these tough covid times. Don't get sucked into going here and wasting your time. I hope this business realizes that the bottom line is taking care of customers first, Then the money will come afterwards naturally. I literally went to another dealership right afterwards bought a more expensive car with an extended warranty plan because they didn't try to stuff their hands in my wallet before I even got the chance to open it up. Think about tesla, they sell so many cars every day, for one reason,because they don't have these bogus add ons. The price they state is the price you pay. I'm writing this review because I dont want a potential buyer to get conned into coming in here because i have no hope that these guys will get any better. More
