Twice now we have left my town and country van with them when we were on vacation, told them what was wrong. They had it fixed and ready to go within days and we had our vehicle back when we arrived back h when we were on vacation, told them what was wrong. My appointment was on 8/17/20 for oil change and warranty work. Service work was fine, however the tech person did not record next due date for service and warranty work was not completed because part had to work. The people at the dealership are nice enough but all I have to say is here we go again!!! Shortly after I bought the car the engine developed a misfire. The Elantra was in the shop at least 10 times, twic have to say is here we go again!!! Shortly after I bought the car the engine developed a misfire.
