Jeff was very laid back and extremely helpful. I saw the truck on the lot and he immediately pulled it up and got it ready for a test drive. Dealership appraised my car for $5400 less than what I still owed, where I knew I would have negative equity. However, I got my car valued at Reineke for $2,000 more and took this information back to Tom Ahl dealership. They did not budge on the appraisal value. If I am being honest, if Reineke, Raabe, or Wapak Ford had this same truck on their lot I would have went to either of those places instead. It is a good dealership and I valued the atmosphere, the lot, and everything they helped me with. Would just have liked for them to have budged on the appraisal value of my current car. Will definitely think about shopping here again in the future, but not without doing searches for similar vehicles in other places. More
