I used the express lane for an oil change and 2 hours and 10 minutes later I got my car. It takes me 45 minutes to get to the service dept. So I spent 3 hours and 40 minutes getting an oil change in the Expr 10 minutes later I got my car. It takes me 45 minutes to get to the service dept. So I spent 3 hours and 40 minutes getting an oil change in the Express Lane. Please take the Express Lane sign down. It is not the fault of the men and women in the service dept. but the process. It is a crap shoot on how many show for an oil change on any given day and time. I have been buying cars and trucks at Tom Ahl for almost 30 years and this is the first and last time that I will use the "Express Lane" for an oil change. More
