I searched all over the local papers and internet for a 2010 Suburban. I came across the vehicle I was looking for at a good price at Tom Ahl Buick - GMC. We purchased a pre-owned Sebring convertible in August of 2009. We had an excellent experience on the Sales side working with Matt Steiner. Shortly after we bought the car, we had some problems with the brakes. The problem was resolved and has been fine since. We also had a problem with the car stalling out on a random basis. Recently I took the car back to the service department at Tom Ahl to resolve the problem. The problem has been difficult to recreate, which did not surprise me. During this process I was given a daily update by one of the service managers, Curtis. I would like to recognize and thank Curtis for his outstanding service. He called me every day to inform me what was going on. He was always very polite, courteous and candid. If nothing had changed from the previous day, he was honest enough to tell me that as well. I was very impressed with the service department and the effort made to resolve my problem. I would consider the level of service provided to be outstanding. I would not hesitate to return to Tom Ahl for any service related problem on my car, and I would recommend them to my friends as well. We live in Columbus, and I will definitely return to Tom Ahl for my future automotive needs. More

We were looking for a Buick Enclave, drove on the lot and was greeted by Mr.Tom Ahls and Mr Chris Keifer, they were so friendly and helpful, from there it only got better. We found the car we wanted. Our whole experience was great. The following week I retuned to have the running boards installed we ordered. Instead of waiting in the very comfortable,refreshing and accomadating loung, I was offered a nice car to use to go shopping and run errands. Short of an unlimited credit card to use it could not have been a better day. Everyone in the service dept was courteous and helpful and just plain nice. Driving 2.5 hours from the Cincinnati area to view the vehicle proved to be a satisfyling experience. Tony Phillips was very knowledgable about the vehicle and we found very comfortable to deal with.
