My Wife and I went to Tom Ahl Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram to try and find the perfect vehicle for our growing family. When we got there we were greated by Matt Steiner. I felt bad for Matt because it was hard to narrow our search to just one but he ramined calm, polite, and extremely personable. He was never pushy nor was he trying to make our minds up for us. I believe we must have went there and left at least 4 or 5 times and every single time he greated us with a smile and was just as personable as the times before. But long story short we finally found the car. We ended up purchasing a 2008 Jeep Grand Cheroke Laredo. Matt again went above and beyond by getting us the absolute best interest rate and payment amount. I have been to many dealerships before but I have never delt with a better staff or a better salesman. The vehilce we bought couldnt have been in better condition. WE LOVE IT. Best purchase we have made thats for sure. I wouldnt recoment any other dealership or any other salesman. I searched all over the local papers and internet for a 2010 Suburban. I came across the vehicle I was looking for at a good price at Tom Ahl Buick - GMC. We purchased a pre-owned Sebring convertible in August of 2009. We had an excellent experience on the Sales side working with Matt Steiner. Shortly after we bought the car, we had some problems with the brakes. The problem was resolved and has been fine since. We also had a problem with the car stalling out on a random basis. Recently I took the car back to the service department at Tom Ahl to resolve the problem. The problem has been difficult to recreate, which did not surprise me. During this process I was given a daily update by one of the service managers, Curtis. I would like to recognize and thank Curtis for his outstanding service. He called me every day to inform me what was going on. He was always very polite, courteous and candid. If nothing had changed from the previous day, he was honest enough to tell me that as well. I was very impressed with the service department and the effort made to resolve my problem. I would consider the level of service provided to be outstanding. I would not hesitate to return to Tom Ahl for any service related problem on my car, and I would recommend them to my friends as well. We live in Columbus, and I will definitely return to Tom Ahl for my future automotive needs. More

We were looking for a Buick Enclave, drove on the lot and was greeted by Mr.Tom Ahls and Mr Chris Keifer, they were so friendly and helpful, from there it only got better. We found the car we wanted. Our whole experience was great. The following week I retuned to have the running boards installed we ordered. Instead of waiting in the very comfortable,refreshing and accomadating loung, I was offered a nice car to use to go shopping and run errands. Short of an unlimited credit card to use it could not have been a better day. Everyone in the service dept was courteous and helpful and just plain nice. Before leaving Chris came out and thanked us for our business. What Service!!!! Thank you Tom Ahls for a great buying experience and for having a great group of people working for you.
