I have to say, contacting Tom Ahl Dealership, and working I have to say, contacting Tom Ahl Dealership, and working with Sam Long has been the most pleasant experience in looking for a new car. I have visited at least 10 dealerships and found most of the sales people to be abrasive and not good listeners. Tom Ahl's dealership as well as Sam Long came highly recommend from my nephew, Keith Smith in Waldo Ohio, who purchased a new Dodge Caravan this summer. I was really impressed with the vehicle. Keith and his wife Missy went on and on about Sam, and how comfortable they felt with him, and how trustworthy they felt he was, along with the overall dealership experience. It has been a long time since we have bought a new vehicle, and we were going back and forth between a Van or SUV. I was really frustrated with the dealerships I had visited. I called my nephew to get the name of the dealership he went to, and he said to go straight to Sam Long, which is 4 hours from my home. I called Sam, gave him the perameters of what we were looking for on Tuesday December 11th. Sam listened.....he actually listened, with no pressure to get a commitment out of me. He called me back that afternoon with several vehicles to choose from,including 2 used vans. My wife, Pam and I talked that night and made a decision Wednesdy afternnon. Sam asked if we would be home that evening. I said yes. He then asked if we would like to have the vehicle deliverd that night. We had felt we were in a dilemma, because we didn't know if we could get to the delership before Christmas, with my work schedule. I DID NOT share those thoughts with Sam, so for him to ask if we wanted teh vehicle delivered was amazing to me. My new Town and Country was delivered to my door step at 8:00 that night. All the work was done over the phone, along with text messages and text pictures of our trade in, a 1999 Buick LaSaber Limited with less than 35,000 miles on it. Talk about trust! I'm in sales, and my wife and I are Chrstians, and we could not have felt more at ease with anyone. Sam is a great representation of the Ahl Dealership, and my wife love's her new Chrysler Town and Country. I have shared my experience to EVERYONE I come in contact with. I have 2 sons who will be looking for new vehicles, one with my second greand child due in January. Gee, wonder what kind of vehicle he will be looking at?
