I had a great experience! The sales staff were all extremely helpful especailly Bill Cook, Kathy, and Roger. I drove up from Cincinnati after work and only made it Tom Ahl about an hour before they cl extremely helpful especailly Bill Cook, Kathy, and Roger. Not only did I recieve more in trade in than the five dealerships that I looked at in Cincinnati offered but I also purchased a vehicle for about 3000 dollars less than comparable vehicles in Cincinnati. Bill, Kathy, and Roger all stayed late so that I could get this deal done in one day and not have to make the trip up from Cincinnati again. I have been a customer of Tom Ahls in the past and i knew going in the deal would really have to blow me away or knock my socks off.This did not happen after recieving a letter from this dealership saying ho going in the deal would really have to blow me away or knock my socks off.This did not happen after recieving a letter from this dealership saying how they will deal on my 2010 jeep trade this didnt happen ; although the salesperson was friendly and helpful he was not nor his management team were not going to make me a deal i could live with infact they left me feeling angry. The letter was a lie this deaership will do what ever it takes to get you on there lot then take your socks and choke you with them.We wasted 2 hours of our time for nothing and no i would not recommend this dealership Chuck Iiams More

I went to buy a car and found a Hyundai Sants Fe I wanted .We started to deal I told the salesman that I was offered x amount for my car for my car trade in and if they will match it I would deal with them b .We started to deal I told the salesman that I was offered x amount for my car for my car trade in and if they will match it I would deal with them but if they tried to low ball me I would leave .The salesman then said I dont blame you when the offer came in The salesman tried to talk to the sales manager tha gave the low ball price. he didnt care .The sales manager came over to me and told me the offer ,I was insulted I then said have a good day and left and will not reccomend or return to this dealer again The offer for my vehicle was well below the rough condition value of this vehicle and my vehicle was rated by 2 other dealerships at good condition value on NADA.
