Knowing it was a good time to trade "my favorite" vehicle I ever had, I looked everywhere for a used vehicle to compare with what I thought was the best ever. My husband and I have always bought our vehicles from Tom Ahl and have always dealt with Charlie; though all the other sales staff were just as helpful and friendly as we were looking around. Not liking what "I thought" I wanted used, Charlie drove up with what he thought would be me......IT WAS. A year ago while just looking around, he remembered what features I would like. I never owned a "Jeep" product, so I decided to give it try. Loved it! He offered a great deal for my used suv and a great deal on the used one he showed me. My curiousity of the new ones popped in my head......Even though the used one was great....I drove away with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Love it! Robin More
When I came out to your dealership I was a little angrey, I spent the better part of my day looking at cars and getting FALSE info on price and monthly payments on other cars. When Ted came out to great me I I spent the better part of my day looking at cars and getting FALSE info on price and monthly payments on other cars. When Ted came out to great me I told him I didnt even want to talk to another carsaleman, that i had a long enough day but I had no choice being i was looking for a new car! Ted told me he would be upfront an honest with me and if he couldnt get me into a car for the price i wanted he would tell me upfront so he didnt waist my time. Long story short Ted Kept his promise to me and sold me a car for the price i wanted where as the other 3 car lots i was looking at did not. I will tell everyone i know about Ted and how he was one of the only carsalesman that have kept their promise to me.. Thank you again for selling me my new car but more so for kepping your word, that means more to me than anything else. More

After 6 to 7 months of extensive research for a new car, I discovered the new vehicle I wanted at Tom Ahl Chrysler in Lima, Oh. They, like many other dealers, have brand new vehicles listed on E-bay. Having past experience with a dealer in Michigan close to my home in Toledo, I requested the Michigan dealer to obtain the desired vehicle from Tom Ahl. Almost three weeks passed with very limited correspondence from the Michigan dealer. Finally I contacted the sales team at Tom Ahl directly. Charlie Cypher immediately answered all questions I had on the vehicle and quickly provided me with detailed numbers for the sale in writing. Mindi Ahl addressed very specific questions regarding financing. We consumated the deal and I am very pleased with my new vehicle and the entire buying experience with Tom Ahl. The service was exceptional. Well worth the 90 mile drive for this vehicle. More

I will share my true and honest experience with you from this weekend. We arrived at the dealership ready to make a deal after doing loads of research and knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to pa this weekend. We arrived at the dealership ready to make a deal after doing loads of research and knowing what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. We were greeted by Matt Steiner who seemed nice at first. We told him the car we wanted to test drive and it took it maybe 15 minutes to pull it up for us. He apologized that it hadn't been detailed yet, even though we know for a fact according to carfax the car had been on their lot for months. The inside had trash, food and there was even a hole in the rear tail light. After driving the car, we told Matt we would be willing to buy today if we could come to an agreement on a price. He immediately said that he did not have "thousands" off of the price of the car. "are you serious?" What a horrible way to start negotiating, the car cost 25k and was already listed thousands above other dealers. we continued on and he immediately wanted to get the trade in value for our car which we knew would be his next scam but even when he said we didn't want to discuss our trade until we had talked about the price of the car he insisted that their appraiser was getting ready to leave and if we wanted to buy today we had to do it now so we agreed. Surprise, surprise, they came back with a very low ball offer for our trade which was highly laughable. We told Matt in a nice way that we were way too far off on the price of our trade and the price of the car (even though they didn't offer to come down on the price of the car a single cent!) and after we said that he immediately got up from his desk and went over to the door and held it open! We sat there in the seats shocked that he would exhibit such rude behavior. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the deal that we received from another dealer just hours later. We did get thousands off the price of the car AND received two thousand dollars more for our trade! More
