I had been searching for new Chrysler Town & Country minivans in Cleveland for two weeks, and reached the end of my rope when no dealers would offer the price I wanted, which I knew to be realistic and minivans in Cleveland for two weeks, and reached the end of my rope when no dealers would offer the price I wanted, which I knew to be realistic and within their margins. I was tired of playing the "let me check with my sales manager game", so I broadened my search to include dealers within a 3-hour drive. I saw prices posted on line that were better than those posted by Cleveland dealers, so I called Tom Ahl's, reached Charlie Cypher, and explained what I was searching for, and at what price. He listened, offered a few different options, including new and a demo model, and ultimately met my price without haggling. I drove 3 hours to pick it up, and was met with the same friendly and efficient service, by both Charlie and the finance department, and left very happy, knowing that this was the single best car-buying experience of my life (and I hate buying cars). One more thing... the dealership was beautiful, the service department was impressive, and I'm just sorry that I'm not closer or I would gladly have my service done here too. More

Charlie Cypher was great to work with. We were looking for a car for our daughter who would be getting her license soon. Called Charlie and asked him about a car we saw on their website and if they had an for a car for our daughter who would be getting her license soon. Charlie mentioned several other cars and asked when we would be available to look at and test drive. My schedule was busy so I could not give him an answer at that time, called him 2 days later and asked if the 2007 Dodge Calber was still available and if we could look at in about 1 hour, when we arrived he had it ready for us to test drive. We were able to agree on a price quickly. Since we were not needing the car right away we scheduled a date and time to pick it up. When we picked up the car Charlie took the time to show our daughter where the switches and buttons were located and answered some questions she had. He never got in a hurry when he was going over this with her. The car looked great when we picked it up, Interior very clean and the outside shined like a new car. Mindy was great to work with also, she went through all of the paperwork making sure all information was correct and that we understood before she had us sign. More

The trade-in allowance for our car was fair and what we expected. When we placed our order, there was some confusion about floor mats. Custom-made floor mats for the rear seats were ordered, and we thought we were ordering mats for the front. When we picked up the car and found out about the mats, the sales staff agreed to order the front mats at no extra cost to us. Of course I would recommend this dealership to others. We are definitely part of the Ahl family of satisfied customers. More
