My parents bought a vehicle from Bob and recommended him to me. I told him what I wanted and he found it within a few hours and I had my Jeep within 5 days. Absolutely amazing service! March 2013, an Internet search for a vehicle for my daughter (she's in her mid 20's) ultimately lead us both to the Tom Ahl Dealership, Lima OH. Tom Ahl's price was not matched, the overall price was less expensive including time from work, gas and hotel cost! I accompanied my daughter from North East Wisconsin to Lima, OH. The greeting from Bob and everyone, including Tom Ahl (owner) was genuinely warm and very friendly. Made us feel "at home". The trade price she received for her car was "right on the money". Mindi Ahl, finance worked with my daughter, she too was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. In my years of experience (slightly older than mid 20's...by 30 years), Tom Ahl Family dealership is the friendliest and best priced dealership that I have been to. In retrospect, I didn't need to accompany her as "dad" regarding the car purchase/trade, the Tom Ahl dealership was fair and friendly, I am so glad I did to spend the quality time with her and meeting some awesome people and the dealership that I expect to purchase MY next vehicle. More
