I was very impressed with how welcoming Matt made me feel as well as everyone in the dealership on that chilly December night, including the owner Tom. Tom's daughter Mindi walked me through the paperwork and did a very thorough job explains what everything meant as well as listing and explaining all my financing options. Between the amazing price and the quality of service, from my first inquiry about the car to signing the paperwork, i couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from The Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships. I wanted to take a minute to write to you to praise one of your associates, Amy Rosengarten. Yesterday,( 1-9-14) on a trip from Columbus to Chicago, the alternator in my Denali went out leaving me not only of your associates, Amy Rosengarten. Yesterday,( 1-9-14) on a trip from Columbus to Chicago, the alternator in my Denali went out leaving me not only stranded but with a trip to Chicago that needed to happen that day. I called ahead, Amy helped me to find a tow service and found out that the alternator was, not in stock. I figured that no way at 1:00 PM, was I going to get fixed up that day. When I finally got to your dealership And I walked the door and said “ I have an alternator problem” Amy said “Denali?” and told me she thought I would be in soon and had reserved a spot for me and that she would get me in pronto. She did, and while I was surfing for hotels in Lima she came in and gave me the price and told me the alternator was on the way, and I would be good to go shortly! Not only did she do an outstanding job, but I was also impressed with the overall demeanor of all your people!. Very friendly and accommodating. I own several companies and own many GM cars and trucks, my loyalty to GM is amply paid back with service like you and Amy provide! I had a great experience working with Bill Hoffman in selecting my car! He made sure I knew how each car worked and how the different styles compared in performance vs luxury. Found via the Tom Ahl website. Visited the dealership. Test drove the vehicle that was all it was advertised to be. Searching the internet in a 300 mile radius from where we live, we found a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible with very low miles at the Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership, on Cars.com. My wife and I came live, we found a 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible with very low miles at the Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership, on Cars.com. My wife and I came from 4 hours away because of extra steps the dealership went to. We noticed on the FREE Carfax report provided on cars.com, they had already put in a new battery, put on new tires and new brake pads both front and rear! I was impressed that they did that without having to be asked! It is evident that they value their customers and want to make sure their vehicles are worry free! Matt Steiner, our sales consultant, has never met us in person! Through email, he sent extra pictures, and helped us get financing so we wouldn't have to worry about orchestrating things from Lexington. He was awesome to work with and answered all of our questions quickly! Mindi, the Business Manager, was thorough about the deal and made the closing process easy and hassle free! She helped us choose a reasonably priced extended warranty that we could use at our local Chrysler dealership. Although Matt was out of town the day we came up, EVERYONE there was helpful and friendly. Most of all genuine. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed into a decision. A lot of attention has been paid to the dealership itself. It was attractive, clean, and uniquely decorated. It was definitely worth the trip!
