He spent about 20 minutes talking to us and going over everything about our vehicle. We highly recommend Tom Ahl and will definitely be back in the future for more vehicles! More

Bad Deal I traded in my explorer and was told that it was the best deal they could give me. Randy Mason worked well with me, but he had to go to his boss, and I traded in my explorer and was told that it was the best deal they could give me. Randy Mason worked well with me, but he had to go to his boss, and she said that is the best they could do. I took there word and traded my explorer in. Only to find out that they are asking almost twice what they gave me on trade for my explorer. i don't mind them making a little profit on each vehicle, but now i feel like i was xxxxx on the deal. It will make me think long and hard before i deal with Ahl's again. They don't seem to have a problem taking advantage to make a buck. Dean Coolidge More

I found the truck on the inner net so everything was done over the phone. the sale associate that i personal worked with was Bob.S. Bob is a terrific person we worked out a deal on my new truck. The advertise truck had a back up camera & when the truck was delivered the truck didn't come with one. I called Bob & he said that they would make it right & put one in no big deal right.? I live in Michigan 233 miles away they sent the camera to my local dealer who took care of everything & Bob gave me a follow up call just to make sure i was good with everything that had been installed. More

In attempting to trade a Tom Ahl purchased 2008 Hyundai Sonata I was insulted with the trade allowance. My wife wanted (needed) a 4-wheel drive and we settled on the Santa Fe. The Sonata hit a deer doing Sonata I was insulted with the trade allowance. My wife wanted (needed) a 4-wheel drive and we settled on the Santa Fe. The Sonata hit a deer doing damage that I had repaired and excellently finished. The Sonata was in absolute beautiful condition, low mileage and properly serviced. Service records were available plus service data available at the Ahl Service Department. The Sonata had a book value of over $10,000 The first appraisal the "grumnpy looking" sales manager put on the car was $6000. When I balked, in minutes, the salesman, Ted Kill, brought back his sales manager's "new" trade allowance of $7000. Wow!!! That quick a $1000 bump. I got a little heated (being Irish) but the sales Manager did not leave his office, nor did he acknowledged us. When trying to "steal" our, or any trade-in, more ability subtlety and salesmanship would be needed.. Having a little knowledgxe of the business I can spot that the "head wags the tail" so I hope this "knocks your socks off." Per haps some advertising money could be spent on training. I have this request remove my wife, Dr. Marjorie Walker, and me, Mr. John (Jack) Walker from your mailing list. We bought a 2013 (New) Ford Escape. We received excellent service, salesmanship, and the sales manager demonstrated a sincere, caring approach. And, we were given the proper trade allowance. I will be trading my "low mileage" Dodge Ram truck shortly, but guaranteed, Tom Ahl will not get the sale. More
