I drove 4 hours away and WELL worth it!! I had been looking for a specific grand caravan. I found it at Tom Ahl. Yes we live in eastern Ohio and would have to drive 4 hours to get it! The advertise truck had a back up camera & when the truck was delivered the truck didn't come with one. I called Bob & he said that they would make it right & put one in no big deal right.? I live in Michigan 233 miles away they sent the camera to my local dealer who took care of everything & Bob gave me a follow up call just to make sure i was good with everything that had been installed.
