Need to actually check the engine oil. I had the oil changed in my Sonata. today. I never let anyone change the oil in my vehicles, but I had a coupon for $19.95 oil change, and it is cold I had the oil changed in my Sonata. today. I never let anyone change the oil in my vehicles, but I had a coupon for $19.95 oil change, and it is cold out. I checked my oil a few hours later, and it was a quart low and no leaks under the car. I contacted the service dept. to inform them. There is no way that the oil level was checked after the oil change, no matter what the service dept. claimed was done. I will probably never have them do any service on my vehicle again, due to the fact that I can not trust them to even pull the dipstick out and check the oil. As far as buying a vehicle from them goes, I have no regrets. They are easy to deal with and have pretty fair prices on their autos, and stand behind them. More

Best Car buying experience we've had!!! Just bought a van from Bob Schmeral and we could of not asked for a better experience! Good experience the day of purchase, but zero follow up. I purchased a used vehicle from Matt Ring on a Saturday. They were able to close the deal and have me back on the road within 3 hours. Mr. Ahl introduced himself when I was signing documents. Nice touch on Mr. Ahl's part. The only wrinkle was that after I dropped a fair amount of money at their dealership, I completed a Cars.com survey at Matt's request, drove home and never heard from them again. I waited over 30 days for the memo title. I emailed Josh in the F&I dept. asking when I could expect the title and he never responded. The title did show up via Fed Express. I would suggest a follow up call at the least and a reply to an email. The memo title had a letter from Tom Ahl asking for feedback. A simple follow up call or letter thanking people for their business (not 32 days post sale) would have made it a great experience VS. the "thanks, see you later" approach I experienced. More
