I went 900 miles to be totally satisfied I missed out on a 2014 100th anniversary Challenger RT Plus in High Octane Red local to my home in Massachusetts. I did a search using the Dodge webs I missed out on a 2014 100th anniversary Challenger RT Plus in High Octane Red local to my home in Massachusetts. I did a search using the Dodge website and found one in Lima Ohio. I inquired thinking there would be no interest as has happened in the past. I also contacted local dealers to see if they could get the car for me and they were not interested. Jeff Skelley is the salesperson that responded to my request. He got the ball rolling with Jeremy Addis who took care of the details for getting the deal finalized. Both Jeff and Jeremy were instrumental in getting the car on a covered carrier headed to MA. I couldn't believe, I would have my dream car. I would seriously consider taking a trip to Tom Ahl dealerships for my next vehicle. The car was delivered all shiny and showroom new. Not real happy Chris Keiffer is a very good sales person and very easy to deal with. I like his no pressure sales. Where Tom Ahl fell short was is the service. When I picked the car up the inside had not been cleaned. And we found a large cut in the tire plus there was no spare key.A tire and rim was installed from another car and was told they would get me a tire ,owners manual and key I called a week later and was told nothing had come in and they would call me if it did. I am now sitting in the dealership almost 3 weeks later. ( only because I stopped in and ask ) getting a tire installed. When I ask about my key....well that still has to be ordered. I in my heart od hearts beleive the car was never run through the shop and inspected nor serviced. More

Great Experience I drove from the Columbus, Ohio area to test drive a car I found at Tom Ahl on Auto Trader. It was raining but the drive went well. I ended up purch I drove from the Columbus, Ohio area to test drive a car I found at Tom Ahl on Auto Trader. It was raining but the drive went well. I ended up purchasing, and once off the lot I realized there was a chip in the windshield, as well as some other minor issues. My salesman Charlie Cypher went out of his way to send a driver down to my house with a rental car while they took my vehicle back to work on it. I have never heard of a dealership doing this. They were very gracious with me and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. They also offer a two-month warranty on used vehicles and they are only one of three dealerships to offer a lifetime powertrain warranty in Ohio. I would definitely recommend this dealership, even if you have to drive a ways. They also have a super cute showroom! More

Knocked my socks off! Bill Hoffman did it again, he really helped me get the best Jeep I could afford! I went in there on a Saturday, "just to look" at a Jeep Compass, Mond Bill Hoffman did it again, he really helped me get the best Jeep I could afford!
