Twice - service dept not fixing items or test driving after I have brought in two different church vans (dodge ram wagon). 1st one - problem: would quit running doing down the road. I picked it up, drove a 1/2 mile and exact same problem. I had to restart it 3 times and to limp it back to the service dept. #2 van - had service work done and told to change the oil. sold me a lemon and won't do anything for me I bought a used subaru legacy in may of 2014. After not even owning the car for a month I had to have the entire clutch system replaced which cost me I bought a used subaru legacy in may of 2014. After not even owning the car for a month I had to have the entire clutch system replaced which cost me 2000 dollars. After fixing that less than a year after purchase my head gasket started leaking and not only ruined my engine but also boiled my radiator. The car has now been sitting in front of my house for five months not working and will cost me upwards of 3000 dollars to fix. I had put four thousand dollars down on the car and have since paid 3000 more on the car. With the clutch and rental cars I had to get I am into the car for 10000 dollars. I still have 9000 more to pay on the car for the next five years and if I can fix the engine I will end up paying over 22000 dollars for a car that was worth 13000 when I bought it. I have contacted the dealer several times to see if they would either help me repair the vehicle or release me from my contract and take the car back so I don't have to continue to pay for a car that doesn't run. They refuse to help in any way and told me it's not their problem. I am a single hardworking mother who save up to purchase a good car for my family. I filed a complaint with the attorney general but unless the car dealership is willing to help there is nothing they can do. There are no laws protecting the buyer in this case. I thought I was dealing with good honest people but I was wrong. I know by law they dont have to help but they could help if they wanted to.Buyer beware More
