I will be a customer for life I went to Tom Ahl a couple weeks ago with a friend of mine to turn in his lease for a new one. He was dealing with Terry Hensley for a sales professio I went to Tom Ahl a couple weeks ago with a friend of mine to turn in his lease for a new one. He was dealing with Terry Hensley for a sales professional. While some other paperwork was being done, we struck up a conversation about my desire to buy a Chrysler 300. I explained the less than good deal I was going to get locally. He was very helpful and told me that he would like the opportunity to make me a deal. Long story short, I went back the following Friday and we talked about what I was looking for. He made me a deal so good that to this day, I feel so fortunate that I walked out of the local dealership due to the deal they tried to push on me. I ended up driving away in a 2017 Chrysler 300 and have not regretted it at all. Terry Hensley did everything he could to help get me in that car and it worked. He did an awesome job. Trade-In/New Car I had been considering another car due to a now previously owned car being at high mileage. Initially, I was told by a family member near the "Lima-land" area about considering Tom Ahl....then I was recommended by a good friend that works in Lima. I subsequently checked out their website and found it quite easy and useful. (The website is updated near daily.) I submitted an inquiry and literally within 5 minutes, a very friendly worker called. Currently living a bit of a distance from Tom Ahls, I spoke off and on with Ted Kill for almost two weeks about options and preferences to fit my situation. As all the employees at Tom Ahls that I came in contact with were, Ted was helpful, non-pressuring and upfront and honest when I had specific questions. In actually buying the car, the process took some hours, but it was pretty straight forward and everyone thoroughly explained the paperwork better than any previous dealings I have had over the years at other dealerships or service places. The customer service was good and I appreciated Ted taking the time to also get to know his customer in sale and as a person in the community. I would do business with Tom Ahls again and would recommend them to others. Should I move back to the area in the future, they will be who I go to! More
