Complex and Scary Made Easy and Fun Early this year my wife and I decided we ought to think about a replacement for our 20-year-old but still going strong Dodge Caravan. We decided on a Pacifica but decided to hold off until our venerable van gave up...it still hasn't which is one reason we were staying with a Chrysler/Dodge. This Christmas season my daughter announced she wanted to go away from her small car and get into a SUV for safety. She zeroed in on a Hyundai Tucson, which she purchased this Christmas.. While spending time at Ahl's, we checked in again with Jeff Skelly on a van replacement. He helped us look into the 0% financing offered on new Pacifica's and the final five promotion at Ahl's. Even though we had been in/out several times over the year, each time backing away from a buy, this last visit and his support helped us make the decision that NOW was the time to buy. So we did. So working through my daughter's Hyundai purchase and the Pacifica purchase at the same time was daunting. But between the sales folks, support from all over, (Chrysler and Hyundai folks) a word about daughters & weddings with Tom Ahl and the finance team, what could have been a VERY scary ride was as smooth as the new ride!
