He answered all of my questions and never talked down to me as a woman. The appraiser for our trade-in was fair/generous according to the kbb value; they didn't give us a "low ball" offer, therefore no back and forth haggling. They were accommodating to my husbands schedule, knowing he wasn't available to buy/sign that immediate day. He was able to give his information online, they called him to verify it. Making the paper work/ financial part done ahead of time, so when he was able to be there- all we did was sign and drive away! I can't express how easy and painless the whole process was. We'll definitely come back again. More
