Poor customer service and condescending attitude of staff Called for Service. Unable to get appointment for over a weeK. Arrival at delayed service date and warning lights were not functioning as well as ligh Called for Service. Unable to get appointment for over a weeK. I asked for an evaluation and was grudgingly granted the time on. “Busy” day that I had a reservation for service. I was not a walk-in. I asked for check of window washer fluid. Was told it was part of standard multi point check. No evidence completed. At completion of service I was called by name in waiting area and technician promptly disappeared from view without any direction as to what I was to do. The only positive was there was no charge for this rude lack of service. More
