BUGZINGA!!! I had been looking for a used VW convertible TDI 6spd Beetle for quite awhile. Then this beauty popped up on CarGurus with much lower price than I ha I had been looking for a used VW convertible TDI 6spd Beetle for quite awhile. Then this beauty popped up on CarGurus with much lower price than I had seen on comparable vehicles. When I saw that it had navigation and that gorgeous red interior trim that I had never seen on one before, I knew I had found my Bug! I'm in Missouri; my credit union is in Iowa; the car was in Ohio. My salesman, Terry Hensley, first made sure that I really wanted a stick shift (I did!), and then worked on negotiating a great deal that gave me a little more to work with to get the car shipped to me. Wade Wright in Finance overnighted my paperwork; he and Terry worked with my credit union to wire the funds to the dealership as soon as the paperwork was OK'd. Meanwhile, Transport Connection in Florida had found me a shipper 15 miles from the dealership who could pick it up that day and deliver it 10 minutes from my house in the middle of nowhere!! Terry had the car ready when the truck arrived! Thanks to everyone's hard work and cooperation, I drove Bug home a week earlier than I expected! Thanks to everyone at Tom Ahl for exceeding my expectations! I love my Bug!!!!! More

500x Pop I was treated kindly and felt like my best interests were being taken into consideration. When it looked like they weren’t going to be able to properl I was treated kindly and felt like my best interests were being taken into consideration. When it looked like they weren’t going to be able to properly diagnose the issue that day, Jeff Skelly helped get me back home in a loaner vehicle. Tom Ahl personally asked how things were going, I was able to speak directly with the mechanic about the issue and the gentleman in service dept helped with directions to get me out of town using the fastest route. Best car buying experience ever. Our salesman, Scott Trigilio, was great. He had the four cars we were interested in ready to be viewed. He explained the features of each vehicle. After choosing the vehicle we wanted to buy, Scott explained the warranties available on the vehicle. Scott answered all our questions and there was no pressure to buy the one we chose or any other vehicle. After going through the financing with Mr. Addis, we were ready to go.
