Heater problem My car was not heating properly. They replaced a stuck thermostat but then the heater was still not working properly. I had been waiting about three My car was not heating properly. I had been waiting about three hours already and it was getting late in the day, so I was offered a loaner car so they could work on my car the next day and figure out what was still wrong. I was called mid morning the next day that the problem was corrected and I could come pick up my car any time that day. More

Best experience It was easy dealing with Scott, and to see the sales manager ( another Scott, lol) come and say his door is open if I need anything. Then was hands o It was easy dealing with Scott, and to see the sales manager ( another Scott, lol) come and say his door is open if I need anything. Then was hands on to move even faster knowing I had to be at work. And to top it all off the owner Tom was on the phone and said "thank you." That all changed when I made one phone call to Amy Downing who assured me I was in good hands with Scott Trigillio and welcomed me to come out.
