Was searching for a Gladiator, went to cars.com and found one matching my search. I requested information and was contacted right away by Jeff Skelly. We spoke on the phone and texted multiple times. He always got back to me immediately and had the answers. He sent me additional pictures and all the details I asked for. I decided to purchase the vehicle. I am in California and I did the entire process through the dealership. Dustin in financing handled that through Fed-ex , all documents were sent to me. Jeff maintained contact every step of the way. I was nervous at first about purchasing a vehicle without actuality putting my hands on it. Jeff and his sales manager assured me it was as clean as the pictures. All paperwork was completed prior to me arriving in Ohio. I booked a flight to Columbus, I was met by Larry and Rocky with the Jeep at the airport . I was handed the keys and did a quick walk around the vehicle. It was exactly as described. The entire process was flawless and smooth as can be. I drove the Gladiator 2400 miles home. The price of the vehicle made it absolutely worth the flight and drive home. The color and options of this Jeep was exactly what I had been searching for. Unfortunately I never got the opportunity to personally meet Jeff or Dustin, however there service and professionalism was top notch. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great deal and great people to deal with. More
