My husband and I purchased a used van. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Tom Ahls with Charlie helping us. My husband and I were looking at vehicles this past summer. I wa This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Tom Ahls with Charlie helping us. My husband and I were looking at vehicles this past summer. I wanted to run numbers before looking for a vehicle to better know what price range we should be looking for. As we were running numbers we were explaining to Charlie that we were looking for a home. Charlie went and spoke with Jeremy, in finance, and both spoke with us about purchasing a vehicle before our home. With only my husband working, they didn't want us to over extend ourselves and not be able to purchase our home. Fast forward a few months later, and their advise, my husband and I now have a beautiful home. Earlier this week we came in and found a couple vans that we believed would work for our family. With the three that we chose to test drive Charlie was very knowledgeable about each van and had a way of knowing exactly what we needed. After choosing a van and getting paper work all in order, Charlie explained everything very well and made sure to ask if we had any questions along the way. Jeremy also was amazing at explaining everything to insure we understood the loan and the warrantys. We are so very great full to both Charlie and Jeremy for looking out for our family!! Because of their honesty, interegity and looking out for their customers best interest, we were able to take care of our family we needed to.
