Almost lost my tire I had my oil changed and tires rotated by Tom Ahl. Within a week I had this awful knocking noise from my front tire. Took it to a tire repair service company and they were able to unscrew my lug nuts with their hands!!! THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY AND LIABILITY RISK!!! I will NOT be returning to their service department!
