Scott Trigilio is the best! I seen my Jeep online and stopped in to take a look at it on Christmas Eve close to closing time. Scott Trigilio assured us we had time to test drive and told us to take our time. Who does that on Christmas Eve? Scott put our intrest of a new vehicle first and gave us the time we needed to decide. He was very knowledgeable, did not pressure us, friendly and I love his sense of humor. Great cars, Great deals, and Great service I bought a vehicle from Scott Trigilio earlier this year so when my wife was ready for a new vehicle I new Scott is who we wanted to deal with. We st I bought a vehicle from Scott Trigilio earlier this year so when my wife was ready for a new vehicle I new Scott is who we wanted to deal with. We stopped in late Christmas Eve and Scott stayed late for us to take a test drive. We told him another jeep we seen online that we wanted to drive the day after Christmas and he had it ready to go when we got there. He gave us a great deal, and stayed late again to get the deal done. Scott is very easy to work with, no pushy sales, helpful in finding the right vehicle for us. He is also knowledgeable and sits in the vehicle with you and takes time to explain how all of the new technology works. I would encourage anyone looking for a new vehicle to go talk to Scott Trigilio at Tom Ahl. Free lifetime powertrain warranty plus free car washes, why go anywhere else. Havi After multiple test drives of other suv's and plenty of market researchI came into Tom Ahl on Saturday, December 22nd to drive a Chevy Traverse. Having no prior connection with Tom Ahl I was assigned Scott Trigilio as my salesperson to work with. I could have not been matched with a better salesperson. Scott not only was incredibly on the features on the vehicle, but as a self-described "techie" he was able to get me up to speed on the technology that comes with the vehicle which made the first few days of drive time in my new Traverse that much more enjoyable. Lastly during the sales process there was not one bit of negative selling against another dealership or another vehicle model. As a salesman myself I absolutely appreciated this. From the introduction to Scott, to the sales process, to the financing work, working with the folks at Tom Ahl was an absolute positive experience. I will not hesitate to come to Lima, Ohio again to work with Scott or anyone at the Tom Ahl dealership. I will also be quite confident in referring friends and family members to Tom Ahl as well.
