Easiest car buying experience this lady has ever seen! Searched inventory online and knew exactly the car I wanted to test drive when I got to the lot on a rainy New Year's Eve. First oil change after purchasing new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica I was in Lima for some shopping, and noticed my oil needed changing. This was the first oil change since purchasing the vehicle in August 2018. I didn I was in Lima for some shopping, and noticed my oil needed changing. This was the first oil change since purchasing the vehicle in August 2018. I didn't know if I could get an appointment that quick, but decided to try anyway. The service department oil change staff understood my situation, and made room for me so I didn't have to return (round trip to Lima is more than 80 miles!). They checked many things in addition to my oil change, and when completed, told me all about the condition of my vehicle (everything is "great"). I was in and out in less that an hour, and was treated very well by everyone I can in contact with. Overall, a very pleasant experience!! Thank you, Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships!!!
