Routine service call This was for a routine oil change. They found the air filter needed replaced as well as 5 tire lug nuts. Charged for unnecessary diagnostics. Short Story: The Service Advisers exhibited a failure to communicate, so I ended up being charged for diagnostics that I informed them had just been Short Story: The Service Advisers exhibited a failure to communicate, so I ended up being charged for diagnostics that I informed them had just been performed 2 days prior. Long Story: There was an issue with my truck's starter. It had failed to function a couple times; only making a clicking sound. First time a jump-start worked, so I had the old battery replaced (at Advanced Auto Parts; who also checked the charging system to confirm it was good). Second time (with new battery) required tapping on the starter to get it to engage. All this was conveyed to the Service Advisers with a request for them to confirm the starter needed to be replaced. However, the diagnostics they charged me for in order to confirm the starter had a problem was to check the battery's charge condition (Even though they were told it was only 2 days old) as well as to check the truck's charging system (Even though they were told it was checked only 2 days prior). Then they called to tell me it must be a bad starter. I had the understanding they would somehow test the starter, not that they would repeat what had already been done. So I was charged for diagnostics that was NOT necessary. Subsequently, my dissatisfaction was conveyed to their Customer Service representative, but it fell on his deaf ears with no attempt of an apology. More

Scott took his time to explain all the benefits of each vehicle since the last vehicle we had was a 2002. After about a month we decided to go with the Dodge Durango. Scott took a half hour to explain how everything worked and all the benefits of the car. Best choice we ever made was to work with Scott. We will be returning to him if we need another vehicle which we have a daughter that will be driving in three years. More
