Initially visited a Firestone center where I was sold the incorrect tire and than they were unable to locate the correct tire for my vehicle. Called Tom Ahl's Chrysler Service Department, they had the correct tire ordered for in under 3 minutes and was substantially cheaper than the quote I received from Firestone. A professional and knowledgable staff. A great experience!!! More

Clip hanging out of Passenger door 🚪 - nothing done to it? Big Chip back passenger door 🚪 Paint 🎨 , Wasn’t there when we saw it last! So who did it???? Someone should of checked before sealing Paint! Runs on Paint Sealant! Runs on Leather protectant! Hopefully vapor barrier, & undercoating, are better, haven’t had a chance to look, with my Heart acting up! Ziebart, didn’t do a very good job, or your guys, either! Overspray paint all along on bottom of molding? What happened to touch up paint, you said you would send up? I asked you to get the Cargo Net, so that Car would be completely ready to go. I said I would pay for it, - your not really listening to me - a lot of the time! Especially - you or your boss - all the way thru on the paint, or we wouldn’t of had to make 7 Trips down there, for taillight, 2 Times Rims & mainly the 4 Times Paint! I really expected more, that’s why We have been driving down there to buy our cars, this is the 3rd Car from Tom AHL, we live in Whitehouse, 1-1/2 Hours Away We thought we would be treated better, & we were the 1st - 2 Times, with Scott Jackson, but not this time, with this manager! Rubber passenger top of door 🚪 Rubber Driver window 2 buckles Rubber top of Trunk Was supposed to have someone Go over Features on Car 🚙 SirusXM Radio Satellite Gas Cap 🧢 l We are both very frustrated! Battery bad I had an appointment to get my car checked out because it was having problems starting some of the time, but a week before my appointment the car wou I had an appointment to get my car checked out because it was having problems starting some of the time, but a week before my appointment the car would not start. So I Called the service dept and spoke with Adam Booms and told him my problem. He said he was booked solid, but bring it in and he would try get me going. I had the car jumped to get it started and drive to Tom Ahls. When I arrived Amber Ciraa met with me and said they would look at the car. She kept me informed on what was going on and advised that the battery was bad. The service was fast and I was well informed on the car. Thank you for the great help getting me back on the road again. More
So unorganized I scheduled an appointment online and brought our Hyundai in on 8/30 for a paint touch up and a spare tire kit. They said that they would need to orde I scheduled an appointment online and brought our Hyundai in on 8/30 for a paint touch up and a spare tire kit. They said that they would need to order the items and they wouldn't be in until the next Tuesday or Wednesday (9/3 or 9/4). So, we scheduled another appointment for 9/4 (the later day to be on the safe side and make sure everything was in and we'd be able to get everything done at the same time). We picked up the car and then dropped it off again in the evening on 9/3, so it would be ready first thing in the morning on 9/4. 9/4 in the afternoon and I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called. I spoke with someone who said that it hadn't been delivered yet, but should be there at 4:00pm during that delivery. (First of all, that's very frustrating because it leaves very little time to plan because they close at 6:00). The guy calls again at 5:20pm saying the car is done, but we're in the middle of an appointment by that time and we're not able to pick up the car until the next day. My husband has to get off work early again so we can be there before closing. We have to load up our 4 bio kids plus our 4 foster kids and drag everyone out to take him to pick up the car. He rushes out of there because after picking up the car, he has to drive back to Findlay and be there by 6:00pm. The next day we notice that the paint had NOT been touched up. We get a call that day that the touch up paint had arrived and they were ready to schedule a time for us to come in to have that done. So frustrating that it takes 3 separate trips to get everything done! More

Then steps in Tom Ahl,, and most of all the salesman Jeff Skelly. Laid back, friendly, helpfull, and the utmost people person I can imagne. When you sit at his desk you are not talking about cars with a robot,,, you have made a friend for life. If the best deal can be made he will spend his time to find it even if it will bend into his own personal time. This is not the first car we have bought from Tom Ahl and his salesman Jeff Skelly and in future time it wont be the last. I heavily suggest you walk up to the doors at Tom Ahl and before you enter take a deep breath,,, because when you leave it wont just be with a smile,, it will be with the satisfaction of the most overwhelming experience of a lifetime. Special honor goes to Jeremy Addis for his help on the signing of the documents and picking the best warrenty plan to fit our needs,, because friends,, with the electronics and complexity of the cars these days you are a fool to not get one.
