Great experience with Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships I looked all over on-line for a particular used car. Tom Ahl had the best price within 500 miles of my home. When I called to inquire about the vehi I looked all over on-line for a particular used car. Tom Ahl had the best price within 500 miles of my home. When I called to inquire about the vehicle they had listed on-line, Kelsey Shumaker was wonderful. She sent me photos of every little ding and mark on the car. She knew I would be driving two hundred miles to see the car and did not want me to waste time on a long drive if the car was not for me. This was very different from other dealerships I had encountered. I found Kelsey and the whole Tom Ahl team to be very caring and trustworthy. Missed pre-delivery inspection. Although there was an administrative problem that resulted in the pre-delivery inspection not being done general manager Downing became personally inv Although there was an administrative problem that resulted in the pre-delivery inspection not being done general manager Downing became personally involved which resulted in a good outcome. It did require an over 5 hour visit to the dealership, but end result was all items were addressed, a new item identified and also fixed. Overall I'm pleased with the result. More
