Waste of time When we purchased our van, we were told we needed to come back due to a battery needing replaced. We coordinated the service with our sales rep. I als When we purchased our van, we were told we needed to come back due to a battery needing replaced. We coordinated the service with our sales rep. I also told the rep and service department how I thought a white noise speaker was out but it only does it on interstate or if it’s super windy. I drove an hour to have the battery replaced and speaker looked out. I sat in the waiting room for almost three hours with my 3 week old baby, had to track someone down to give me an update. Basically nothing was going to be done. I wasted an entire afternoon, not being informed what was going on, waiting in a lobby. I’m very disappointed in this experience. More

Jeff Skelly and Tom Ahl Chrysler went the extra mile I used the contact form on a vehicle my family was interested in at 9:30pm. I received a message back within minutes and thought it was an automated r I used the contact form on a vehicle my family was interested in at 9:30pm. I received a message back within minutes and thought it was an automated reply. I responded and joked with my wife about technology, only to receive a reply that couldn’t have been automated. My wife and I are both from a banking background so I wanted to speak with someone in the finance department before continuing with a salesman. Tom Brown helped answer all of my questions. Jeff helped us the entire way through talking about options to comparison trim levels to find the right fit. My wife has always said she would never own a van but with two little ones and looking to add a third, she began to consider vans. We found the 2018 Pacifica limited with every option we needed at Tom Ahl Chrysler. After a no pressure test drive without a salesman, we were able to have a serious talk in private and make our decision. Jeremy Addis helped with all of the finance questions and paperwork. He is a pro at keeping the process moving forward while understanding that we had two little ones that were growing bored of being at a dealership for a a couple of hours. He helped explain all of our options and we talked through the pros and realistic uses of each. We are the proud new owners of a van, although this is more like a mobile living room than a van!
