The last two vehicles our family has purchased have been from Tom Ahl, and neither have had any notable problems. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they have worked with us to secure a reasonable price. The dealership also maintains a reputation of integrity throughout the northwest Ohio region. My only wish is that there were more vehicles within my typical price range! While it didn't end up being relevant, I was particularly struck by the lifetime powertrain warrantee which the staff explained to us. That is great service!
