No Pressure to buy. Randy Mason is great to work with. He got multiple vehicles out for me to test drive. Never once did he act bothered, or too busy to help me. Disappointing experience I took my car in on a Thursday for a scheduled appointment to have my two back tires replaced. I waited in the waiting room for two hours for the tire I took my car in on a Thursday for a scheduled appointment to have my two back tires replaced. I waited in the waiting room for two hours for the tires to be replaced. While driving home after the appointment my traction control warning light started to flicker. I called the service center on Friday during my lunch break at 11:15 and asked to speak with someone in service about the light. The lady took my number and said she would have someone from service call me right back. No one called. At 3:00 I took my car to the service center and asked about the flickering light. I was told by a person in the service center that the tire replacement would not cause that light to come on and that I would need to schedule an appointment for them to run a diagnostics test. I have been informed from a previous conversation that the diagnostics test would cost $100 and that cost would only be covered by the dealership if it turns out that they did something to cause it. I informed the service worker that the light came on immediately after the tire change and I prompted him to inspect the tires. The service person eventually figured out that the wrong size back tires were placed on my car. The tires that were ordered and placed on my car were a larger size and that was causing the light to come on. He had someone bring in the tires from a different location so he could have them changed the same day. So I went back to the waiting room again for over two hours to wait for the correct tires to be put on the car. On my way out I had to ask for an invoice showing the service as one was not offered to me. The sales person should an indifference to my situation. So there it is. Two days and over four hours in a waiting room to have two tires replaced at this service center. Needless to say it was a very disappointing experience. More
Good service Adam was very helpful in indentifying the issue and getting if fixed at a fair price. Keep excellent records and look up warranty info I went in for a routine oil change but also had a faulty battery. After testing the battery it was found to be dead and I authorized replacement. Not thinking it would be under warranty, I was pleasantly surprised that Ahl's looked it up, found it was and saved me some $$$ without my asking. Great peace of mind and less hassle. More
