Overall I was not satisfied I had made an appointment to have my oil changed at 10:30 on Thursday November 21st. I arrived early and my vehicle was checked in at 10:20. They asked if I was waiting on my car, or dropping it off. I told them I would be waiting on it as I had taken a break from work. They then showed me where the waiting room was located. At 11:45, after having waited there for almost an hour and a half, I went back to the service area to check on the status of the oil change. At first they couldn’t locate my vehicle, and then they looked out the window and located it parked across the street. They initially told me it was going to be about $60.00 for the oil change (which I understand because of synthetic oil) . I then mentioned the fact that it doesn’t make sense to have an appointment if it takes so long. The gentleman then told me that my oil change was going to be free and wished me a good day. When I went outside, there was a slight mist. It was evident that my vehicle had been parked there for quite a while as the pavement was completely dry underneath it! Having purchased both of our vehicles here, I was obviously somewhat disappointed in the service. I must admit however that the service person tried to “right a wrong” and did not charge us. Although there was a slight mix up, I commend your service department for doing a good deed! More

This time around I wanted something that reminded me of my old car but with upgraded features. When I arrived they had picked out a line up of cars in my price range with my preferences in mind. It was a simple process and it didn't take me long to find one that I loved. Now after my purchase I know they will continue to work with me through any issues I have with this vehicle and that is something I do not worry about with Tom Ahl.
