The first two times I met with him, he didn't even ask for my contact information. He even let me take the car I thought I was interested in and run errands with it. After being on the fence for about a month on what to do and which color to choose, I thought I had made my decision and ended up going a different route. Gene was very understanding and informative every step of the way. When I eventually made my decision, it was a vehicle that was actually in the show room.
