We took our Dodge Caravan to the service department so they could program a new key fob to the van. Wait time was a little over what we were told but not too much. When our new key fob was ready, we were they could program a new key fob to the van. Wait time was a little over what we were told but not too much. When our new key fob was ready, we were taken to cashier to pay. My husband & I were told the new key fob was in the van which I assumed was back in service Bay Area. I was wrong! Our van was parked outside across the street, unlocked with two sets of key fobs in the van! I find this unresponsible and reckless. Anyone could have gotten in our van & drove away with it. Thankfully no one did! More
