recall and repair I was disappointed in the fact that my car was there for a recall, when I made the appointment I also said that I needed my driver's side Visor replac I was disappointed in the fact that my car was there for a recall, when I made the appointment I also said that I needed my driver's side Visor replaced. When the technician came to get me he said they did not have the part in to fix my visor. When I made the original appointment I told the scheduler that it needed replaced, as the spring broke in it. He also told me that it would cost about 103.00 to fix and replace (should be under warranty). I did get a call back right after I left saying that it was indeed under warranty and they would get it ordered. They called me the very next day saying the part was in and were ready to schedule. I called back saying I would be in Lima on Thursday, and would like it done then, no call back, so it is now scheduled for next week. 3 issues. 1. The part was not there when I had my car there the first time on Tuesday. 2. No call back to bring it in on Thursday when i would already be in Lima again for the 2nd time that week. 3. (REPEAT statement) I have to come back to Lima to get something fixed that should have been fixed already when it was there on Tuesday. So Not very happy that I have to bring it back to Lima. More

Gene approached me when I was just looking. That did not steer him away though as he stuck with me and stayed patient the whole time.
