Having worked for a local delivery company in Lima for 20 years, I have, as so many others, come to the understanding of the honesty & integrity of Godly principals set forth by Tom Ahl. Even going back many years before I worked in Lima when, as a youth leader in our local church in NW Ohio, we would attend Christian concerts in Lima that he sponsored. His love for the community and his fellow man shines forth in his business principals and I always hoped that someday I would get to do business with him. My Parents had purchased their last vehicle from this Family of dealerships ( Huge emphasis on FAMILY), and still having never purchased a brand new vehicle in my life, the timing worked out for us to get as new as we could of a vehicle. We were able to secure a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 24,000 mi and saved a HUGE bundle with these guys. Their website started me in the process, everything was in place right down to the salesman(David Woolf) that helped me. Having had a not so great experience co-signing for my son at a dealer in Fort Wayne, I was praying AHL would go well with these guys and they exceeded my expectations. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was very nice and respectful. They even stayed late an extra hour for us just to make sure we were happy! They took time to get to know us even though it was very busy when we were there. I am a little disappointed with the service department though. I bout a car that recommends synthetic oil and they serviced it with conventional oil😖 They did, however, admit to that when I called to verify what brand and type of oil they used. Overall, I would recommend this dealer to buy your next car or truck. More
