Our experience at Tom Ahl has been exceptional with the purchase of two cars in the last five years. I think it’s a good testament to Gene’s abilities that we requested to work with him when we came back for our second purchase. Jeremy in the back office is top-notch as well. His practice of clearly defining which paperwork needs to stay in our car, go in the house, and what needs to go elsewhere is very unique, and I consider it a best practice that should be adopted across the industry.
