At 69, I have bought my share of cars. We drove 3 hours to Tom Ahl Hyundai and had the most pleasant new car buying experience I ever had. With no inventory locally of what we wanted, we went to the internet. While many included Market Adjustment pricing on top of MSRP, Tom Ahl didn’t. I spoke with Scott, then Rick about my daughter’s trade in. They offered a fair trade in value (site unseen) based on my true assessment of her car. We agreed on the deal and I put money down to hold the car on a Tuesday, planning on a Saturday pick up. During my 3 hour drive, I kept thinking of how they would hassle me on the trade in because they had us. We arrived and they did an inspection and we moved forward. Rick spent as much time as needed to show my daughter the features of the new car. Wade made the paperwork easy and we were on our way back within 1 ½ hours of arriving. This is a dealership with Integrity. I will definitely consider Tom AHl again in the future. More
