It started off with a phone call and just answering questions and he wasn't trying to hurry and get me off the phone. He took his time. After that a visit to the dealership a couple weeks later just to see what kid of SUV/Truck my husband might fit into. Again not in a hurry and very helpful. Never pushed us once. Mark has the old school mentality that this is a big purchase and not one that will be made over night.He has the right approach.
