First off, we will start with Jeff Filkins in sales. They did no such thing, told me to reach out to the body shop which said they had no record they were supposed to fix it. When i called back to jeff, he said he would reach out to his sales manager and let me know. Which he never did. Now $1,000 later out of my own pocket, another body shop will do the right thing. Fast forward 2 months. I bring it in for one of the first free oil changes. The service shop dents the xxxx out of my roof and scratches the side all up while taking it through a car wash that i said do not take it through. Alje Buiter in the service center then proceeds to act like this is not a big deal. He assures me they will fix it along with many other issues the truck had while i had it under certified warranty. With that said, they said they “did me a favor” when replacing the tailgate speakers that were broke and service “ate the cost”. Last time i checked, “bumper to bumper certified” covers just that for the 12 months/ 12k miles. I paid nearly $3,000 for this protection for a reason. This whole process took about two months to complete. During which i had to follow up with the body shop due to no updates from Alje. Long story short if you dont care to read this, ive bought 3 very expensive trucks from this dealership in the past. I will never come to them again. Horrible service, horrible communication. If i could give it zero starts i would. More

Todd Weasle must think their the only dealership in town. Have used them periodically since 1995. This has been my last visit. If you want service in a normal period of time done right, go so.ewhere else.. More
Buyer beware: the goal of this dealership is to take as much of your money as they can squeeze you for. IMO a good dealership negotiates respectfully to find a balance between a fair price for the buyer wh much of your money as they can squeeze you for. IMO a good dealership negotiates respectfully to find a balance between a fair price for the buyer while making some money for the dealership. These guys tried to offer $5,000 below a well researched trade value ($10,000 below what they had an identical model/trim/condition/mileage for sale used on their own lot), they charge $3000 for mandatory ceramic coating (which you get done done well for far less) and inflate financing rates that you qualify for in order to make more off of you in interest. Thankfully as an educated buyer I saw what was going on and was confident in a reasonable trade value. Walked out and ordered my truck from another dealer who was straightforward and gave me a much better trade value without having to play games. Friends had a terrible experience at Todd Wenzel as well when salesman brushed off the wife to the point the husband had to step in and demand some respect on her behalf. They prey on uneducated buyers…stay away. Have had much better experiences at Fox Chevrolet Caledonia (top choice) and Berger Chevrolet and Kool Chevrolet. With better options out there don’t get ripped off at Todd Wenzel More

Mark did everything and even washed the car and filled the gas himself when we picked up the Equinox. I think a few other folks could learn a few things from Mark on how to take care of customers. I really appreciated the service and giving me time to decide what I wanted. Thank you very much Mark and great job. Jody Lehman More

Efficient! and wonderful buying experience even though the secretary of state did their best to ruin it by withholding my license plate. We walked in looking at a nearly 20% interest rate...(roughly) one hour later, I rode away on my new (used)Ducati with no money down and 6.25 % interest rate saving us nearly $5000.00 off the interest not to mention more than $2000.00 off the book value. Beyond a doubt one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. More

Despite all of the expense and inconvenience of needing a major repair miles from home, Julian in the service department helped us tremendously. I feared we might be treated as second-class customers because we had an old car and were dumped by fate at their doorstep, but Julian treated us like family. Although there were hiccups getting back on our way, the stressful circumstances were mitigated by Greg Murray handling our after-hours phone call. They stood behind their work 100% when we were essentially helpless and stranded. Julian made it possible for us to save what we could of our trip, and took care of all of our follow-up phone calls and questions. These guys really went above and beyond and have earned my loyalty. Someday, if we are in the market to buy a new car, we are going to drive to Hudsonville from Chicago to do so. More
Worse customer service ever!! I set up an appointment to look at a car. They didn't have the car there when I showed up. after I called that morning to verify it was there. To dri I set up an appointment to look at a car. They didn't have the car there when I showed up. after I called that morning to verify it was there. To drive and hour to find out they didn't have the car let alone couldn't find my appointment even though I had the email confirming the car and the appointment. I then sent an email back thanking them for wasting my time. The guy I was told to meet was Gary Thorn when I got there I was told he had to leave. So I never even talked to the guy I was sent to talk to. It's their loss. I did buy a car and spent twice the amount we where planing because I found a better dealership. If your looking for a place to buy a car I wouldn't go here if it was the last place on earth. More
