I went to the dealership to find a new car to lease as I was at the end of my old lease. I was greeted by a very friendly salesman, Joe Zappia. I was looking for a new lease at a lower price. He was very helpful in coming up with options for me to look over before I decided on a new Murano to lease. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle and helpful in getting the lease completed. The gentleman who completed the lease paperwork, named Dave I believe, was also very helpful and made the process very easy. Joe also introduced me to Michele in the service department while I was waiting for the registration and insurance paperwork to be completed for the new car.I cannot say enough how happy I was with my experience at Wilson Nissan, and would highly recommend the dealership, and particularly Joe Zappia to anyone I know who may be looking for a new vehicle. My experience with Wilson Dodge/Nissan was very satisfactory. I was greeted by Todd on the lot looking around. I took the car, a Kia Sorento for a test drive and liked it very much. The rest of the process was so easy. Todd gathered my information and introduced me to Dennis, the finance person. He was great to work with and before I knew it, I was leaving in my new used car. I couldn't have been happier and the whole experience was great. I would definately tell anyone how easy the whole care shopping experince is at Wilson. I feel confident that if a problem were to arise, their staff would be very helpful.
