Be very very careful in dealing with either alfano dealership. They will blatantly rip you off any chance they get. If you dont pay attention to what your signing you will be paying more for a used dealership. They will blatantly rip you off any chance they get. Also watch out buying used, they have no problem selling cars needing alot of work or have been in a flood... I have bought cars, new and used from several dealerships and have never regretted it like I do now.. More

I came to this dealership with no plan on buying a car. After being swayed, and getting a price I was finally satisfied with, I decided to go ahead and lease a new Nissan Rogue. I got a pretty good price, but that was about the only good thing with the purchase. After signing my lease and paying all kinds of fees, I anxiously awaited my first bill. I was told it would arrive in a couple of weeks. It NEVER came. So I emailed the finance manager, and he told me to come back in that they were having issues with the original contract. So I signed a new one. Two months later I still have not received anything in regards from Nissan. I was told to come back in another time to sign ANOTHER contract. Still have not received a bill. Finally I received a phone call from the 1-800 Nissan number, and they informed me my bill was multiple months behind, and they were turning my late payments over to collections. I explained the situation to them, and now I have to pay 3 months payments this month. Nobody at Alfano Nissan returned my emails or calls. Extremely shady company. Buying a car here was probably the biggest mistake I have ever made. DON'T make the same mistake I made. I only begun to tell you of my issues with them. More

A few days before Christmas my 2011 Audi A5 was hit by a teenage driver at West Farms Mall. I keep my cars like new and this event caused me significant stress. Since my Audi Dealer did not have their own Body Shop and my prior experiences with service on my Armada were stellar, I brought my car to Alfano's Body Shop. Cole took a look at my car and immediately explained how they would fix my car. This built my confidence that I made the right decision. When I found out that the very talented Dan Cornish would be making the repairs, my confidence in an excellent repair was high. When I recieved the car it was detailed better than when I received it new. Even the engine bay was washed and armor all'd. The body work was flawless, paint match was perfect and the clearcoat depth and texture was as good or better than factory. I would highly recommend Alfano's Body Shop for any brand of car, you won't be disappointed. More

I was in the market for a new car for my wife and I was actually on my way to an appointment with Toyota and stopped in on Labor Day. I bought a used vehicle from Wilson Nissan in 2008 and was very pleased then. I spoke highly of the dealership at that time and thereafter to those in need of a vehicle. When my car was totaled in an accident in 2011 I was upset, devastated, at a complete loss (and not so happy to be searching for a car again!) and I may add, about to be purchasing a new home. I was in no place to be purchasing a car and Todd worked with me, ensuring that payments remained the same, that credit was taken care of AFTER the closing of my house.... all of a sudden the stress of the situation went away! I knew I was in good hands, could trust the person I was working with (Todd, as well as the service department who had my crashed up car), and of course, I already loved my pathfinder and would be purchasing a new one. After all, my son and I received minor injuries at best in a front end collision! I attribute that to the many safety features with my pathfinder. I am once again, a proud owner of a pathfinder.
